    Harry Pepper is a holistic psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, groups, teams, and businesses to support them in realizing their full potential. He served for over 20 years as an international coach and facilitator of leadership and organizational development work across a wide range of settings and industries. He is a recognized Trauma Specialist with expertise spanning diverse populations and organizations. He has extensive experience with Non Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC) and transformative leadership development . Harry has a personal commitment to mindfulness, conscious living, and values the development of human potential.

    Karen Jaynes, MS, eRYT, is a mind-body-spirit expert with professional backgrounds in integrative health and wellness. Her expertise spans modalities in movement, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and the creative arts, through teaching, coaching, and facilitation. She holds a graduate degree in Medical Cannabis Science & Therapeutics from The University of Maryland-Baltimore, School of Pharmacy and a business degree from Temple University. She is a trauma informed teacher and has supported healing through non-ordinary states of consciousness, in both individual and group opportunities using whole-being and integrative approaches.

    Dr. Eric Hayden is a licensed psychologist with over 23 years of clinical experience. He earned his PhD in counseling psychology and has extensive experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, psychological testing (personality, ADHD, LD), and career assessments to adults. His approach to helping others is strength-focused, holistic (mind-body-values connection), integrated with scientifically grounded approaches. He has publications in the areas of emotional expressiveness and sports psychology. Dr. Hayden received training and mentoring in the mind-body approaches of biofeedback and neurofeedback, leading to dual board certifications from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance in these areas. Board certification is the mark of distinction for providers of biofeedback services. Re-certification every four years indicates providers have undergone continuous peer review of ethical practice and have continued to acquire knowledge of recent developments in the field. Outside the office he enjoys creating and appreciating art, cycling, travel, and time in nature. Clients describe him as warm, relaxed, non-judgmental, perceptive, and encouraging.
